Overview

Chantilly’s Restaurant & Pub, nestled on Hooksett Road in New Hampshire, embodies the spirit of a classic bar and grill with a welcoming neighborhood vibe. This spot is more than just a place to grab a drink; it serves as a community hub where locals and visitors come together to enjoy both good company and hearty meals.

The pub’s menu reflects its balance between comfort food and spirited bar fare. Signature cocktails like the Blue Hawaiian and Washington Apple add a tropical twist to your drink selection, perfectly paired with crowd-pleasing dishes such as the Philly Cheese Steak or their famous breakfast sandwiches. The weekend all-you-can-eat buffet offers a satisfying variety for those who crave generous portions and diverse flavors.

Breakfast here is a standout, with favorites like Chantilly’s Breakfast featuring eggs, biscuits, sausage patties, and gravy. For those seeking a protein-packed start, options like the Chopped Sirloin and Eggs or the Steak and Eggs grab your attention with hearty portions and classic preparation. Side orders complement the mains with comforting staples like potato pancakes, corned beef hash, and biscuits smothered in gravy — simple yet deeply satisfying.

The atmosphere within Chantilly’s is both nostalgic and authentic. The space feels familiar, much like a cherished watering hole you could find anywhere across America—from small towns to urban neighborhoods. It’s the sort of place where locals converge to watch the game, enjoy a pool match on a well-maintained table, or just relax with a cold beer at reasonable prices. Staff members, such as bartenders like Sydney, are known for their warm hospitality, contributing to a genuine community feel.

While the pub thrives on its loyal clientele, prospective visitors should be aware of the dynamic social environment. Some regulars may bring strong personalities, adding a layer of character that some find endearing and others challenging. Nevertheless, this element reinforces Chantilly’s role as a true local gathering spot—not just a business but a cultural staple.

For travelers passing through or locals looking to unwind, Chantilly’s offers an inviting blend of good food, affordable drinks, and a space to connect. It’s a place alive with stories, simple pleasures, and the kind of Americana that feels increasingly rare.

Great bar to catch a game and have a few beers or drinks. The bartenders are amazing haven't tried the food or may have rated higher or lower. Only issue I had is one regular customer is pretty rude to everyone in the establishment. Unfortunately haven't been back since because of one individual that rubs everybody the wrong way. A couple other regulars told me that's just how he is ignore him. Problem is why should all the other customers have to deal with that one regular.

Regular bar; in the best, most nostalgic, wholesome way. A place like Chantilly’s, for good reason, could be found along&throughout Appalachia, or filled with familiar patrons in any Urban neighborhood; roadside in the mid-country, or in the forest or desert of Pacific America. These bars- “Our Bar”s’- are to be held and regarded as they are: staples of thier respective communities and of our American society abroad
